14 Georgia college students face charges related to a fake ID ring. The investigation started a few weeks ago when U.S. Postal Service investigators in Phoenix, Arizona got an anonymous tip that someone at the University of Georgia had shipped fake ID’s to students at other universities. The shipment’s return address was a UGA dorm room, which police raided March 1st. The two students who lived there plus 12 others now face charges. Among them, freshman offensive lineman Tanner Strickland, and a Gainesville State College student. Police say more arrests are likely.
