A Georgia man with a rare and dangerous form of tuberculosis has been placed in quarantine in Atlanta by the federal government. Officials with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say he might have exposed passengers and crew on two trans-Atlantic flights earlier this month. This is the first time since 1963 that the government has issued a quarantine order.
