Forsyth and Fayette Counties rank second and third, respectively, in a nationwide list of counties where big homes are plentiful. More than forty-eight percent of homes in Forsyth County have at least four bedrooms. Fayette County is right behind, with forty-five percent of homes.
The two counties are surpassed only by Davis County in Utah, where forty-nine percent of all homes are four or more bedroom residences.
