A Marietta company, C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., is slated to build an $80.5 million interchange on I-85 near West Point.
The project is to be completed by December 2008, according to a contract announced today. Kia Motors nearby auto plant plans to start rolling out cars several months later in mid-2009.
The plan also includes building and improving other roads in the vicinity.
