State officials are trying to help residents better manage water resources throughout Georgia. The Georgia Water Council will hold a town hall meeting in Columbus tomorrow as part of a series of meetings across the state to discuss water planning. The council consists of legislators, legislative appointees and state agency heads with water-related responsibilities. Another town hall meeting is set for Wednesday in Albany.
