A top child welfare official with Fulton County has been indicted on child abuse charges. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that 38-year-old Cylenthia Clark is due in court July 31st to answer to a felony charge of first-degree child cruelty. Clark is the assistant director of the Fulton Department of Family and Children's Services.
