Georgia Tech has announced another potential security threat to people’s information. The Atlanta school says an “unauthorized source” accessed an electronic file containing the personal information of about 23-thousand current and former students. However, the school says the information was mostly demographic data and included no Social Security numbers or credit card numbers. But it did include birthdays.
