A University of Georgia graduate student who frightened fellow students and a professor with talk about guns is out of jail. Yesterday a Clarke County Superior Court judge granted 27-year-old Brandon Ginyard a $10,000 bond. It was on the condition that he leave Georgia, get mental health counseling and wear an ankle monitor. Ginyard allegedly told a UGA administrator in April, quote “Graduation doesn't matter. I will either be in jail or dead by May 11."
