The Braves out of yesterday’s off-day on the schedule, are back to action tonight opening a home series against the defending American League champion Detroit Tigers. John Smoltz will get the pitching start.

Centerfielder Andruw Jones has been going especially tough, hitting only for a .202 average as the season heads into late-June.
