Genarlow Wilson will spend at least another three weeks behind bars as he awaits a bond hearing set for July 5th.
Of a 10-year sentence, Wilson has already served more than 28 months in prison for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl, when he was 17. On Monday, a Monroe County judge ruled that Wilson should be freed. The state attorney general immediately appealed the ruling. Wilson's attorney says there is no way to speed up the timetable of the hearing.
