A Georgia-based Army reservist is challenging is fifth call to duty. Sergeant Erik Botta of Port St. Lucie Florida has served four combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq between 2002 and 2004. Botta wants a federal judge to delay his fifth call-up so he can finish his engineering degree.
