Georgia is home to the nation’s largest puppetry center, and today it received a major donation. The family of late Sesame Street creator Jim Henson has given several hundred puppets, props, set elements, sketches, and videos for the new Jim Henson Wing at Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts. The wing is tentatively scheduled to open in 2012.
