Georgia’s main airport will take part in a new program to get people through security faster. Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson wants to test the registered traveler program starting this fall. For $100 a year, passengers go through an extensive background check, get an ID card with fingerprint and other biometric data. They would get to use a special security line to pass through security quickly.
