Michael Vick has been ordered to stay away from the Falcons training camp by National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell, until league officials have a chance to review dog fighting charges against Vick. Vick will still get his pre-season pay. Goodell told the Falcons to withhold any disciplinary action of their own until an investigation is completed.
In other news coming out of the Falcons camp, cornerback Jimmy Williams faces misdemeanor marijuana possession charge in Virginia. Williams was scheduled to appear at a hearing July 16th, but it was postponed until December third. A Falcons spokesman says the charge will be contested. Williams was not arrested.
