Georgia's Supreme Court is taking up the case of Genarlow Wilson again this morning. Wilson is the man serving a 10-year sentence for aggravated child molestation for receiving oral sex from a 15-year-old girl when he was 17. The Court will consider the appeal filed by State Attorney General Thurbert Baker. He argued that a Monroe County judge's ruling in June to free Wilson would lead to the possible freedom of other convicted child molesters in Georgia prisons.
