West Georgia is getting another economic boon. Automotive supplier Hyundai Mobis says it will take up roots in West Point by 2010. The plant will supply parts to the new auto plant Kia Motors’ plans to open in early 2009. Hyundai says the West Point facility will create 600 jobs. It will be Hyundai Mobis’ third U.S. plant.
