A man arrested for handing out religious tracts has filed a federal lawsuit. Frederic Baumann of Cumming was arrested in April for handing out Christian literature outside the Taste of Forsyth festival at the Cumming Fairgrounds. His lawyer says Baumann doesn’t need the government’s permission to hand out religious literature on a public sidewalk.
