Students in another Georgia school system are a month into the school year short of textbooks. Shortages at schools in Clayton county mean students have books in class but can’t take books home. The school system blames the problem on increased enrollment, bad inventory and a back order of 1,700 books. Students in the Savannah-Chatham school system have also been without textbooks this year.
