Attorneys for Valdosta-based Adventure Parks Group said the companies two Cypress Gardens theme parks -- one in Florida and the other in Georgia -- will be sold at auction on September 25. The company has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The parks will be offered to bidders together or separately.
