An arbitrator has ruled that the Atlanta Falcons can recoup almost 20-million dollars in bonus money paid out to suspended quarterback Michael Vick. The team argued that Vick knew he was in violation of the terms of his contract when he engaged in illegal dogfighting activity. Vick awaits sentencing in December, after pleading guilty to a federal dogfighting charge in Virginia. The case now goes to a U.S. District judge in Minneapolis for consideration.
