Today lawyers for accused Fulton County Courthouse gunman Brian Nichols asked a judge for an indefinite delay in his murder trial. The request comes -- in part -- because the lawyers say they have not been provided enough money to handle the defense. The trial has already been delayed several times because of defense funding problems. Nichols is charged with killing four people in March 2005 trying to flee the Fulton County Courthouse.
