On-time flights improved at Atlanta’ main airport last year. A new report by FlightStats says that 75% of flights that took off from Hartsfield-Jackson International arrived on time in 2007. That’s up 2% from 2006. Only one other airport saw improved on-time flights … Seattle-Tacoma International in Washington State.
