Attorneys handling James Brown's estate say they will have the late singer's possessions appraised and auctioned. The auction will expected to help settle several estate issues including overdue taxes. The Augusta native died Christmas Day 2006, throwing into turmoil the future of his estate. Its total value is still unclear. An auction date was not immediately set.
