A longtime adviser to James Brown says the legal feud over the soul legend's estate is stalling the release of the singer's final recordings. Attorney Buddy Dallas says more than 60 songs are part of a list of projects languishing because of courtroom battles over who should benefit from his music royalties. The Augusta native Brown died on Christmas Day 2006 of heart failure. He was 73.
