The Georgia Department of Agriculture has lifted a bird quarantine. 35 PetSmart stores in Georgia have been under quarantine since late December. That's when experts found birds with a bacterial disease that could be transferred to humans. Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin says PetSmart has fully complied and met all obligations of quarantining the birds.
