After months of hanging in the balance, there is a new trial date for accused courthouse killer Brian Nichols. Today the judge said proceedings will resume July 10th. The trial was suspended in October when Nichols' team of public defenders announced they had run out of state money. Nichols faces charges in the March 2005, shooting spree in which a judge and three others were killed.
