A request to move the trial of accused courthouse killer Brian Nichols has been rejected. Judge James Bodiford asked to move the July 10th trial from Superior Court to the federal courthouse in Atlanta. The federal courthouse is a few blocks from the courthouse where Nichols is charged with going on a shooting spree on March 11th, 2005 in which four people were killed.
