A DeKalb County Superior Court judge will hear a motion by Brian Nichols' lawyers seeking to remove the judge presiding over the case. Nichols' lawyers want Superior Court Judge James Bodiford off the case because he told a newspaper he was friends with a judge Nichols' is charged with killing. The judge was among four people killed in March 2005 in a shooting spree that started at the Fulton County Courthouse.
