A South Georgia substitute teacher has posted bond after being charged with bilking students of money with a promise of a trip to Disney World. Police in Coffee County say Christy Wise collected $7,400 from seniors. Nearly 50 students lined up outside Coffee County High School Friday with suitcases and sleeping bags, but Wise never showed up.
