A former Navy SEAL trainee convicted 12 years ago of abducting and killing a Georgia college student is attempting to clear his name. Dustin Turner is asking a Virginia court to consider the post-trial admission by a fellow SEAL trainee, Billy Joe Brown, that he alone killed Jennifer Evans. A hearing on the new testimony is set for today.
