UGA football player arrested on weapons charge

UGA defensive end Jeremy Lomax was charged with weapons possession and speeding shortly after midnight Tuesday. Lomax is the fourth UGA football player to be arrested in the off- season. Punishment could include suspension from a single game or suspension from the team.
