President Bush left Georgia Tuesday afternoon hoping an infusion of money from a fundraiser he attended will give a boost to Republican Rick Goddard. Former Air Force general Goddard is in the 8th congressional district fight to try to oust Democrat Jim Marshall. The president spoke to a fundraiser crowd of about 200 people within his hour spent at the private Atlanta event.
