A 19-year old student is accused of hacking into the computer system at Georgia Highlands College. The GBI and Cartersville police arrested Christopher Fowler of Cartersville on Friday on charges of computer trespass and unlawful eavesdropping. Fowler is accused of using the system to change his grades and loading a program that intercepts other users' passwords.
