Warner Robins bans saggy pants

The Warner Robins City Council is banning saggy pants. The indecent exposure ordinance makes it illegal for people to expose more than three inches of their underwear. Those found in violation could be fined up to 500 dollars and sentenced to six months in jail. Last year the City of Hawkinsville in Middle Georgia became the first in the state to outlaw saggy pants. Two Warner Robins City council members voted against the new rule.
