After a delay of three-and-a-half years, the trial of accused courthouse gunman Brian Nichols gets going today with opening arguments in Atlanta. Nichols is accused of killing four people in a shooting spree that began at a downtown Atlanta courthouse in spring 2005. The trial could last for months.
