Tighter security for port workers

Georgia seaport workers face tighter security measures. Starting Monday, they will begin using new identification cards. Port employees, truckers and others who regularly enter a port by land must have the cards. Northeastern port workers have already begun using the cards. The federal program was created after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
