They include 13 in-state players and 11 from outside of Georgia for a program that will begin play in 2010.
A key signee was Drew Little, a 6-4, 238-pound quarterback from McDonough, Ga.
Georgia Southern signed 25 players on Wednesday, including 17 in-state players.
