A Cherokee County High School student at the center of two school lockdowns earlier this week has been granted bond and has agreed to leave town until his trial.
Seventeen year old Forrest Busby is charged with bringing an unloaded gun to school. Police seized three guns and about 200 rounds of ammunition from his home. Officials believe all three were stolen by Busby’s 15 year old co-defendant.
Busby's attorney says that his client will live with his mom in Fulton County while pending trial for three felonies and four misdemeanors.
