Spring enrollment at the University of Georgia is up 2.5 percent over spring 2008, with a record of almost 33,000 students in Athens and four other campuses. The university said Tuesday that enrollment this semester includes 32,044 students signed up for courses at the main campus, while 924 are enrolled in Gwinnett County, Griffin, Tifton and Atlanta's Buckhead campus, designed mainly for master's degrees in business administration. The total is 458 students more than the previous spring semester record of 32,510 in 2007.
