Jurors in the Brian Nichols case are still deliberating whether to send him to death row or sentence him to life in prison.
Jurors spent most of the day Tuesday and Wednesday morning considering the case.
Nichols, who turned 37 today, was convicted last month for the murders of a judge and three others after a rampage that began at an Atlanta courthouse.

Nichols trial begins with chilling audiotape
Opening arguments were heard Monday in the trial of accused Atlanta courthouse gunman Brian Nichols. Prosecutors yesterday in court played a chilling audiotape of the 2005 shooting spree that began in a Fulton County courtroom. Nichols could face the death penalty in the case. He is accused of killing four people in the March 2005 rampage. Nichols has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
