The body of George Zinkhan was found in the woods Saturday in North Georgia about 10 mile from Athens.
The discovery comes two weeks after police say he shot his wife and two other people to death outside a community theater in Athens. He vanished after the shooting on April 25.
Searchers found two guns near the body, but police wouldn't say how he died. They did say it appears he buried himself in brush and dirt.
A week ago, searcher found his Jeep wrecked and abandoned in a ravine about a mile away.
