Constitutional amendment proposals released

The Secretary of State's Office today released summaries of proposed general amendments to the state Constitution, to be voted on in the November 4, 2008 General Election.

The Constitutional amendments in their entirety, along with summaries are available at: http://www.sos.ga.gov/Elections/2008_amendments.htm.

A copy of the amendments are available at the office of the judge of the Probate Court.

Printed copies are also available by calling 404-656-2871, according to a statement by the Secretary of State's Office.
