Harry Potter books will stay on library shelves in a suburban Atlanta county. Today a judge in Gwinnett County upheld school officials’ decision to keep the popular series in county schools. Parent Laura Mallory has tried to get rid of the books since 2005 saying they promote witchcraft. School board members say the books encourage children to read and spark creativity and imagination. Mallory says she will take her case against the books to federal court.
