President George Bush will attend a ceremony to award Congress' highest civilian honor -- the Congressional Gold Medal -- to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The exiled Tibetan spiritual leader accepted a distinguished professorship at Emory University this year. He will formally begin his role there October 22nd. The president also will welcome the Dalai Lama in the White House residence Tuesday.
