Governor Sonny Perdue is threatening to sue the Army Corps of Engineers unless it immediately reduces the amount of water being released from Woodruff Dam.
Perdue wants inflow to match releases from the dam at Lake Seminole, until March of 2008.
He says the Corps has until next Wednesday to respond.
