College football programs restocked their rosters yesterday on National Signing Day. The Georgia Bulldogs have a class of 23 signees that is expected to rank in the top-5 of recruiting classes in the country. Over at Georgia Tech, the Yellow Jackets' first class of 20 signees comes under new head coach Paul Johnson. In Statesboro, head coach Chris Hatcher has a crop of 36 signees on-board for his Georgia Southern Eagles' program.
