Macon Police shot and killed a suspected bank robber this afternoon. The Macon Telegraph reports an officer shot 23-year-old Robert Bodden of Gorden after a foot chase. Police say the officer shot Bodden in the chest after he reached for the officer’s gun. Minutes before, police say Bodden and several others held up a Macon Bank of America.
