Georgia flood victim was 17

A southwest Georgia teenager is among the victims of a storm in Oklahoma. 17-year-old Rose Saddleblanket was from Americus. She and two relatives died early Sunday near Carnegie when rising floodwaters swept the van she was riding in off the highway. She was the niece of Kiowa Chief Billy Horse.
