U.S. Supreme court to decide fate of Georgia suit

The U.S Supreme Court is taking up case involving an Atlanta company. At issue is whether investors can sue Motorola and Scientific-Atlanta over their deals with Charter Communications. Charter falsely inflated its revenue for Wall Street after spending billions upgrading cable TV and Internet networks. The court must decide whether Motorola and Scientific-Atlanta can he held responsible for their part in Charter’s actions.
