Missing dispatcher's husband faces charges

The husband of a missing northwest Georgia 911 dispatcher has been charged with her murder. Samuel Parker, a former Lafayette Police Officer, was arrested this morning. His estranged wife Teresa Parker was last seen last March 21st in Walker County. The couple was in the process of getting a divorce when she disappeared.

Family of missing woman to hold vigil

The family of missing Walker County 911 dispatcher Theresa Parker is planning a vigil in an effort to generate interest in the search for her. Parker's brother-in-law Jonathan Wilson says the family has scheduled the vigil for 7 Thursday evening behind the Walker County Civic Center. Family members say they want to make sure people keep thinking about Parker. She has been missing since March 21st. So far police have made no arrests in her disappearance.

$1,000 reward for missing woman

Governor Sonny Perdue has issued a thousand-dollar reward for information about a missing 911 operator. Teresa Parker was last seen March 21st in Fort Oglethorpe in northwest Georgia. Investigators are calling her estranged husband Sam Parker a “person of interest” in the case. But they have made no arrests in Teresa Parker’s disappearance.
